HSE Officer

Department: Project Management Department

Supervise site safety activities, ensuring compliance with HSE regulations, safety procedures, and project requirements; monitor risk prevention, safety training, and accident control throughout construction works.

Responsibilities

Supervise occupational safety and environmental hygiene at the construction site.
Implement, monitor and supervise compliance with HSE regulations.
Prepare safety plans and HSE procedures for the site.
Conduct safety training, induction and daily safety reminders for workers and contractors.
Inspect the use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and safe working conditions.
Identify, assess and propose preventive measures for safety hazards.
Issue safety violation reports and follow up corrective actions.
Coordinate with CSA, MEP teams and contractors on safety matters.
Participate in accident investigations (if any) and prepare reports as required.
Prepare daily/weekly/monthly HSE reports.
Other works related to Supervision works.

Requirements

College or Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Safety, Labor Protection or related disciplines.
At least 3 years of experience as HSE staff on construction sites.
Holding valid occupational safety certificates as required by regulations.
Good knowledge of occupational safety and environmental regulations.
Good observation, problem-solving and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Honest, careful, highly responsible and able to work under pressure.

MEP Supervision Engineer

Department: Project Management Department

Supervise MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) works on site, ensuring construction quality, progress, safety, and compliance with approved drawings, technical standards, and project requirements.

Responsibilities

Supervise construction of MEP systems on site: Electrical, ELV, Plumbing & Drainage, HVAC, Fire Fighting.
Review construction drawings, shop drawings and construction methods proposed by MEP contractors.
Monitor and control construction progress, quality and quantities in accordance with design and technical standards.
Coordinate with CSA team to resolve interface and coordination issues.
Inspect incoming MEP materials and equipment (CO, CQ, technical specifications).
Supervise installation, testing, commissioning and inspection of MEP systems.
Identify, propose and coordinate solutions for technical issues during construction.
Participate in final inspection, handover and commissioning of the project.
Prepare inspection records and daily/weekly/monthly reports.
Other works related to MEP Supervision Consultancy.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, MEP, HVAC, Plumbing or related disciplines.
At least 3 years of experience in MEP supervision on construction sites.
Holding a Supervision Practice Certificate – Grade III or above.
Good knowledge of standards and regulations related to MEP systems.
Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Project and MS Office.
Strong ability to read and understand technical drawings.
Technical English is an advantage.
Honest, responsible, good teamwork skills and able to work under pressure.

CSA Supervision Engineer

Department: Project Management Department

Supervise civil, structural, and architectural works on site, ensuring construction quality, progress, safety, and compliance with approved drawings, technical standards, and project requirements.

Responsibilities

Supervise construction works on site in accordance with drawings and technical standards.
Review construction drawings, method statements and progress of civil contractors.
Monitor and control construction progress, quality and quantities.
Coordinate with MEP team to resolve interface and coordination issues.
Coordinate with designers, contractors and the client throughout construction.
Inspect incoming construction materials in accordance with specifications and standards.
Supervise structural works, finishing works and other civil items.
Identify, propose and coordinate solutions for technical issues on site.
Participate in stage inspections, final inspection and project handover.
Prepare inspection records and daily/weekly/monthly reports.
Other works related to Construction Supervision Consultancy.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Civil & Industrial Construction or related disciplines.
At least 3 years of experience in Construction Supervision.
Holding a Supervision Practice Certificate – Grade III or above.
Good knowledge of current construction standards and regulations.
Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Project and MS Office.
Strong ability to read and understand technical drawings.
Technical English is an advantage.
