Mr. Phan Ngoc Hai (Francis) is the Founder and General Director of Khang Nam Engineering®, and a Civil & Industrial Construction Engineer with more than 20 years of experience in construction consultancy. His expertise covers project management, design management, construction supervision, quantity surveying, tender consultancy, cost control and investment advisory. Prior to founding and leading Khang Nam Engineering®, he served as Deputy General Director of Chan Phuong Engineering (CPE), where he was involved in managing various large-scale projects for local and international clients. With a strong technical background, diverse hands-on experience and a responsible management approach, Mr. Hai has directly guided Khang Nam Engineering® toward becoming a professional consultancy firm that supports clients throughout the full project lifecycle.

With many years of experience in the construction industry, he specializes in schedule management, quality control, occupational safety, stakeholder coordination, and effective problem-solving throughout project implementation. With many years of experience in managing and coordinating MEP works across various KNE projects, he has extensive expertise in delivering suitable technical solutions for different project types, including high-rise five-star hotels, resorts, factories, warehouses, luxury villas, and international schools. He is capable of identifying critical MEP activities that require early implementation to ensure construction progress aligns with the project schedule and client requirements, while also proposing solutions that optimize aesthetics, technical efficiency, and cost. With strong coordination capabilities, he effectively manages and guides MEP contractors to execute work step by step based on the agreed combined coordination drawings prior to construction.
